Chef Perez has over 40 years in the hospitality industry
Jerry has opened restaurants as a young chef for corporation through out California. He finished his culinary career cooking for the likes of Ronald and Nancy Reagan at the presidential library in Simi Valley Ca. as well as Arnold Palmer and Chi Chi Rodriguez at Wood Ranch golf club and not to forget the great John Fogerty from CCR and his close friends off Mulholland Drive.
Mr. Perez came to Las Vegas to start a new chapter in his life as a Restaurant design consultant and that he did, for 30 years now Jerry has participated in the design and operations consultant for more then 485 food and liquor establishment here in Las Vegas and continuing strong.
