He finished his culinary career cooking for notable figures like Ronald and Nancy Reagan at the presidential library in Simi Valley, CA, as well as for Arnold Palmer and Chi Chi Rodriguez at Wood Ranch Golf Club, not to forget the great John Fogerty from CCR and his close friends off Mulholland Drive.  

Mr. Perez came to Las Vegas to start a new chapter in his life as a restaurant design consultant, and he has thrived in this role for 30 years. Jerry has participated in the design and operations of over 485 food and liquor establishments in Las Vegas and continues to be a strong presence in the industry.
